No Bake Oatmeal Brownies.

These easy-to make no-bake oatmeal brownies 
are a perfect dessert or snack.

Recipe
Healthy No-Bake Oatmeal BROWNIES (Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free)
Ingredients:
2 Cups quick oats
1/4 Cup of your favorite dry or liquid sweetener
1/3 Cup coconut
1/4 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 Cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds or chopped nuts
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons butter or vegan buttery spread
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients, slowly add boiling water and stir until oatmeal forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
Press into a pan, chill for 30 minutes
Serve with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
