Sweet & Sour Pineapple Black Beans Delicious Plant-Based recipe!

This turned out so incredibly delicious 
I just had to share it right away!  
Sweet & Sour Pineapple Black Beans

Step aside chicken & pork!  
Black beans taste mouthwatering in homemade sweet & sour sauce!

Black Bean Recipe

1 14oz Can black beans rinsed & drained
1/2 395ml Can pineapple chunks in juice (use all the juice but 1/2 the pineapple - If you like lots of pineapple, then use it all)
1/2 Cup water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp celtic salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 cup tomato paste or ketchup
1 Tbs vinegar
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs yellow mustard
2 Tbs molasses

Warm olive oil in pan and add black beans, onion powder, salt & pepper, 
Fry until it starts to stick to pan.
Add pineapple and pineapple juice & stir.
Add all other ingredients and simmer until sauce has thickened.
If you let it sit in a covered pan for a half hour the flavors will infuse nicely with the beans.
Serve over basmati rice with steamed veggies.
