Black Bean Basmati Rice Recipe

Some days I just don't feel like cooking, so I love me a good assembly recipe. 
It's a great way to stretch canned foods, use leftovers (cooked rice in this case) 
and create a delicious and healthy meal in just a few minutes.

Easy Vegan Beans & Rice

Ingredients






Recipe:
4 Cups Cooked Basmati Rice
1 Cup Frozen Spinach
1 14oz Can Black Beans
1 Can Amy's Black Bean Soup
3 Teaspoons Celtic Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup (optional)

Easy Instructions:
Melt spinach in a large saute pan.  
Add the black beans and stir until heated.
Add the soup, rice & seasonings then serve!  

So Simple!
