So delicious! These mouth watering black bean patties are so easy to make and taste great on a burger bun or just on their own! Gluten-free, Vegan.
Ingredients
- 8oz Black Beans Canned
- 1 Egg (Or flax egg)
- 1/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Toasted Cumin Seed
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Garlic & Onion Powder to taste(Optional)
Instructions
Place rinsed and drained black beans with all other ingredients in a bowl and mash well with a fork. OR pulsate in a food processor until it hold together.Bake at 375 degrees F on a lightly oiled baking sheet, for 10 minutes on each side. OR
Cook them on your stove top using a frying pan, for 5 minutes on each side.
