Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Apples
2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
5 Tablespoons maple syrup
4 tablespoons of butter or earth balance
Directions:
Peel, core & cube apples
Add apples to saucepan with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon,
1 tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons maple syrup.

Simmer on medium heat until apples have caramelized.
For the Pumpkin Pudding:
Place 1 can of pumpkin in a saucepan, mash in 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 3 tablespoons maple syrup, add 3 tablespoons of butter and warm until butter melts through.
Place pumpkin pudding in 4 bowls and top equally with the apples.
Serve warm as-is or with cream or ice cream.
