Raspberry Smoothie Jelly Shots Recipe | Organic Gelatin
Sugar-free, packed with amino acids and antioxidants
and fun to slurp!
Oh and yes, vegans can use Agar Agar if you prefer :)
A great way to have your smoothie & gelatin too!
1 Cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 Cup water
Blend until smooth
Mix 2 1/2 Tablespoons of gelatin into 1 cup of the cold smoothie
Bring the other cup of the raspberry smoothie to a boil
Slowly stir the boiling mixture into the cold mixture.
Pour into a glass dish or molds and chill until set.
Slurp away!
