Hearty Lentil Soup Recipe | Only 15 Minutes | Gluten-free, Vegan
This curried red lentil soup is so simple,
it takes less time than takeout and will warm you up
Ingredients:
2 Tbs Organic Olive oil
4 Stalks Organic Celery Diced
1/2 Organic Red Bell Pepper Diced
2 Cups Organic frozen Vegetable Mix (Carrots, Peas, Corn, beans)
2 Cloves Organic Garlic Minced
2 Tsp Celtic Salt
1 Tbs Curry Powder
8 Cups Homemade Stock
Super Easy Instructions:
Warm olive oil in large soup pot.
Add all veggies & uncooked split red lentils and saute until veggies sweat.
Add stock and seasonings
Cover & simmer on medium/low for 15 minutes.
