 4 Ingredient, organic, healthy no-bake cookies.  
Make 2 dozen in less than 10 minutes!

Chocolate Snowballs


2 Cups organic rolled oats
1 Cup organic coconut + extra for rolling
1/4 Cup organic cocoa powder
3 teaspoons organic honey
2 cups boiling water

Mix dry ingredients.  Bring water to a boil and melt in honey.  Pour wet into dry and stir until cool enough to handle.  Form into balls and roll in coconut.


  1. Did you mean 3 teas. of honey or T???These are gross=not sweet at all!!

  2. I use 3 teaspoons, You can add more if you like, they taste like a darker bitter chocolate yes. Adjust the sweetness to your liking...You can mash them down again by adding a little hot water and as much honey or sugar for that matter as you like.

  3. hmm can i add rum to this and how do i go about doing it ??

  4. You can add rum if you like, add it with the hot water.

  5. Is your coconut sweetened? Are these similar to macaroons?

  6. Did you grind the oats up or keep them their regular size?

  7. The oats are kept whole and are the quick cooking type :)

  8. Do you know what the measurements as grams???

  9. If they aren't sweet enough, ad som datepaste (soak som dates in hot water and then blend them up using a little water)
