Make your own 4 legged dog coat for any size dog
with this free pattern!

Fufer's Story
Print this pattern and scale to fit your own dog by measuring the length from tail joint to back of neck then scale up the pattern (be sure to allow for seam & hemming space), print it and tape the sheets together, cut out the pieces and follow these directions:

Step 1
Choose the fabric you will use for this project, fabric with a little stretch such as fleece will be more forgiving. You will also need some 3" ribbed cuffs or elastic material for finishing the cuffs on the legs. You will also need 1 zipper the length of your dog's back.

Step 2
Fold the material in half to cut out each of the 4 legs and the body, bend the fabric at the bend lines as indicated in the pattern.
Step 3
Once all pieces are cut out, you can hem the edges of each piece to keep things tidy if you like.

Basic all purpose liquid glue:

Basic Glue
Add 3 tablespoons of boiling hot vinegar to 1 teaspoon of gelatin. Beat rapidly with the fork until no crystals remain and it is a bit frothy. Use in a liquid state and paint on just about anything. Dries hard, slightly flexible and clear.

Blue Lump On Forearm | Superficial Blood Clot Or Lipoma

About 2 years ago I went to my doctor with a
lump in my forearm.
He felt it was a superficial blood clot,
didn't seem very concerned and left it at that.

There is no pain at all in this lump, no heat or swelling either. It does not seem to be attached to anything under the skin and is blue-ish in color.
Since that time the lump has slowly grown to twice the size. It is now the size of a green pea but more flat and sort of firm but not hard, perhaps more like the size and texture of a cooked lentil...ok strange comparison, I know. If it wasn't for the color I would think it would more likely be a lipoma.
Everything I have read about superficial blood clots say they go away withing a few weeks, tend to be tender, hot or can have pain...so after having this lump for about 2 years, with none of the other symptoms, I wonder what it could be? I may get another opinion sometime this summer, but for now, I'm just putting it out there for opinions. :)
Sorry for the baggy sweat…
