Organic Oven Roasted Carrot Fries Recipe

Crunchy carrot fries are a colorful and healthy 
alternative to regular fries.
Quick and simple to make, these tasty fries make a great side dish to almost any meal.

Organic carrots
Everything Spice
Organic olive oil

Pre-heat the oven to 375, peel and slice the carrots in thin strips, toss the carrots, spices and olive oil together until the carrot slices are coated.  Bake on a teflon-free cookie sheet for 15 minutes or until a medium brown coloring can be seen.  Great eaten alone or as a side dish.


  1. OMG, now why didn't I ever think of this? I love turning any and everything into fries...sweet potatoes, zucchini, eggplant...I can't believe I never thought to make carrot fries - and I LOVE carrots! Thanks for posting, I'm pinning this for later :)
