I cheated for this one and used a cake mix...

What I used:

PC Organic Chocolate cake mix (I used organic apple sauce in place of the oil)

Organic whipping cream with 1 tsp of organic vanilla

Organic Crofters Morello Cherry Premium fruit spread

Frozen organic cherries

Shaved PC organic milk chocolate bar (Optional for decoration)
