Easy Chocolate Quinoa Cupcake Recipe

Simple recipe for two 
but you can make a larger batch! 
 A delicious dessert in 10 minutes that's healthy 
and suitable for most diets!






Chocolate Quinoa Cupcakes

1/3 Cup organic quinoa flour
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
Pinch of celtic salt
1/3 Teaspoon baking soda
Mix Dry

Add:
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon vinegar
Water.
Mix well

Divide into 2 ramekins
Bake at 400 in a toaster oven for 10 minutes.
