Amazing Chocolate Oat Flour Cake

Organic, Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, No Xanthan Gum,

 8 Simple ingredients, no specialty flours 
This is the delicious cake I used in my 




Gluten-free Vegan Chocolate Cake 
(makes two 8-9" cakes)

3 Cups Oat Flour (grind oats to make flour)
1 Cup Arrowroot Flour 
4 Tablespoons Flax Seeds + 3/4 cup water
1 Cup Maple Sugar  (or coconut sugar or cane sugar)
4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Cups Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice With Pulp
1/2 Cup Oil (either sunflower, avocado, olive, coconut)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 355F
Mix flax & water to make the flax egg. Set aside to gel.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix all wet ingredients with a whisk (juice, oil & flax egg)
Add the wet to the dry & beat until smooth with a hand mixer.
Grease and dust cake pans with oil & cocoa powder.
Fill two pans with the mixture.
Bake on 355F for 35-40 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
Turn out onto racks to cool, then slice in half.
