Many people have asked me where I get my Celtic Salt that I use in all of my recipes.

Celtic salt is very different from table salt.  

Common table salt is a highly processed refined salt which have synthetic chemicals added to them. These chemicals include everything from manufactured  forms of sodium silicoaluminate, potassium iodide, fluoride, iodide, toxic amounts of aluminum derivatives, dextrose and anti-caking agents.  Table salt is not only extremely unhealthy, but can also be toxic.

 In actual fact, Light Grey Celtic Sea Salt contains only 33% Sodium, 50.9% Chloride, 14.3% moisture It is considered a raw salt, harvested from clean evaporated sea water and is unrefined.   It contains approximately 82 vital trace minerals that are not present in table salt.
