Roasted Winter Squash Soup Recipe | Squash Seeds

Simple recipe for a creamy winter squash soup 
(Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan)



Serves 4:
5 small organic winter squash
2 tbs organic butter or coconut oil (vegan)
2 stalks organic celery
1 clove organic garlic
1/2 organic onion
Celtic Salt
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
3 cups water

Roast the squash for 30 - 45 minutes in the oven
Saute the onions, garlic & celery in butter until softened, add the water and the squash, puree and serve.

This hearty healthy soup is great on a cold winter day!
