Crunchy carrot fries are a colorful and healthy
alternative to regular fries.
Organic olive oil
Pre-heat the oven to 375, peel and slice the carrots in thin strips, toss the carrots, spices and olive oil together until the carrot slices are coated. Bake on a teflon-free cookie sheet for 15 minutes or until a medium brown coloring can be seen. Great eaten alone or as a side dish.
