Organic Pizza With Herbed Crust Recipe

A delicious homemade pizza is easy to make 
and costs much less than frozen!


Recipe:
1 cup of organic flour
1/4 cup organic oat flour (grind oats in a coffee grinder)
Pinch of Celtic Salt
1 tbs fresh grated organic garlic
2 tsp of organic sesame seeds 
2 tsp organic poppy seeds
2 tsp organic everything spice
1/8 cup melted organic pasture raised butter
1/4 cup of organic pasture raised milk warmed with the melted butter
1/2 packet of organic dry yeast added to 1/8 cup warm water & 1 tsp organic cane sugar
1 organic egg

Mix all dry ingredients, beat eggs with a fork then add the milk/butter, eggs & yeast to the dry ingredients at once and knead well.

Let rise for 1 hour, knead again and roll out onto a large pizza pan curling the outer edges inward.

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees on convection.

Top with your favorite organic pasta sauce, veggies and cheese. (For the one pictured I used organic mushrooms, organic olives, organic onions, organic tomatoes and pastured sheep feta.)

Let rise again for 15 minutes so the outer crust puffs up nicely.

Bake for 25 minutes.
