My Lower Body Exercises For Fibromyalgia

I injured my lower back in 1995 at age 19 and 
was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 
after years of therapy I still have a weak lower back and legs but try my best to do the exercises & stretches taught to me by my physiotherapist as well as walk as much as I can in increments throughout the day.


I actually still have difficulty doing these few simple exercises and I am probably doing them a bit to fast in the video but here is my routine (after stretching):
