Healthy Avocado Breakfast Omlet

Just a quick and easy recipe I enjoyed 
this morning for breakfast





2 grass fed eggs
1 tbs of grass fed Feta
Organic Black pepper
2 tbs organic red pepper hummus
1/2 Sliced organic Avocado

Beat together the two eggs, pepper and crumbled feta. Fry on medium heat in organic olive oil or grass fed butter until almost cooked through. Turn over and cook for 30 seconds. Spread the egg with Hummus and line with slices of Avacodo. This is a great grain-free breakfast served on it's own or with a side of roasted organic hash browns and a cup of organic green tea.
