Organic Sprouted Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe

Organic Pastured Chicken Breasts
with sprouted bread stuffing


Recipe:
Makes 6

3 grass fed chicken breasts, filleted and pounded thin

3 slices of organic sprouted grain bread
1 tbs chopped organic onion
1 clove garlic
1 tbs grass fed butter
1 tsp organic oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the above ingredients in a food processor and pulsate until fine moist crumbs.
Lay all 6 chicken pieces on wax paper. Form the stuffing into sausage shapes.
Place in the center of the chicken filet then roll the top down, pulling the filling upward and continue to roll all the way to the bottom.
Place the roll in a loaf pan, seam side down. Laying all six side by side.
Sprinkle the top with a little salt, pepper and olive oil.
Bake at 350 for 25 -30 minutes.
