Dairy-free Chocolate Pecan Caramel Parfait Recipe

A Little Treat For Valentines Day :)
Layers of creamy dairy-free pudding and caramel
topped with delicious pecans!



Chocolate pudding:
1.5 Cups organic milk (use regular organic milk or a nut milk of your choice)
2 Tbs organic cocoa Powder
3 Tbs raw honey
Whisk together in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer

In a jam jar add:
1 grass fed egg yolk
1 tbs organic corn starch
1/8C organic rice milk

Shake until smooth then stream into above mixture whisking until thickened

Caramel:

1/2 Cup raw honey
1 Tbs organic dark brown sugar
2 Tbs grass fed butter (or organic margarine)
1 tsp organic vanilla

Simmer until condensed and caramelized

Layer chocolate pudding, caramel and fresh pecans in a parfait glass and top with a block of chocolate.
