Sesame Rice Noodles & Garden Salad Recipe

Delicious rice noodles with sesame seeds, 
served with a side salad.

You just have to try this one!


Serves 2

Asian Noodles:
1 Package of cooked and cooled long organic rice noodles (best to use left-over noodles)

5tbs of organic olive oil or toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup of toasted organic sesame seeds
2 crushed hot organic chilies
1 tsp organic onion powder
1 tsp organic tamari sauce
dash of sea salt

Mix the above dressing by shaking it in a glass jar with a lid. 
 Pour over cooked cool noodles and toss through.

Lightly salt and pepper one chicken breast cut into thin strips or tofu strips. 
Fry in olive oil until golden and serve on top of noodles.
For the garden salad use whatever is fresh and available.

For the salad pictured I used:

1 Large head of organic romaine
1/2 organic red pepper
2 organic roma tomatoes
1 organic spring onion
1/4 head of organic cauliflower


Use your favorite salad dressing or make your own Asian dressing by 
shaking the following in a jam jar:

1/4 Cup of organic olive oil or toasted sesame oil
2 Tbs of organic toasted sesame seeds
4 Tbs organic tamari
1 Tbs raw honey
1 Tbs organic apple cider vinegar

Shake well and serve over garden salad.
